The South Dakota Healthcare Diversity Council™ - SHDC is a state initiative dedicated to advancing leadership, cultural awareness, and inclusive healthcare practices across medical institutions, public health organizations, and the broader healthcare industry. By bringing together healthcare executives, medical professionals, policymakers, and community advocates, SHDC fosters collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and strategic action to cultivate environments where healthcare professionals and patients thrive.
